Die robeko GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2002 as a partnership. We develop, produce and distribute components and materials for vacuum-based plasma coating technology or thin film technology.
Our customers can be found in the industrial sectors of architectural glass, tool manufacturing, photovoltaics, solar thermal, semiconductor and optics manufacturing, packaging industry as well as in research institutions at home and abroad.
After expanding our sales department, our company has a total of 15 employees in 2019, including 3 graduate physicists and 3 engineers, all with over 20 years of experience in vacuum and surface technology each.
Since 2008, we have continuously built up our manufacturing and development capacity. Currently we have three sputtering machines, three bonding tables, one continuous casting machine for the production of metallic sputtering targets as well as various testing equipment for the analysis of layer systems two hydraulic presses, one milling machine and one 3D design workstation.
In combination with our commercial products, this results in a complete product range for thin film technology.
Our office, warehouse and production area is located in two industrial buildings with an area of over 1000 m2. Further expansion of both personnel and production space is planned for the coming years.
